2011



Jetion has left the London Stock Exchange and is not longer a listed company.

2010



At present, the Company’s production facilities was equipped with eight solar cell production lines with an annual capacity of 200MW and solar module production facilities with an annual capacity of 250MW.

Today Jetion Solar has 12 subsidiaries across the globe with over 1.900 employees.

2009



The company was granted the Underwriters Laboratories (UL) product certification for the U.S. and Canadian markets in March, providing further validation that the company’s products are in compliance with the same international requirements as its European and U.S. counterparts. In November the China Quality Certificate (CQC) was further obtained.

Additional solar module manufacturing facilities were installed, bringing the group’s total annual capacity to 75MW. The capability of panel production expanded to 100MW.

2008



The group received the VDE accreditation in June. The capability of cell production expanded to 100MW and panel production expanded to 50MW. Additional solar module manufacturing facilities were installed, bringing the group’s total annual capacity to 60MW.

2007



Jetion Solar was listed on London stock market (JHL) in July. Additionally the group was also listed on the PHOTON - Photovoltaik Stock Index, PPVX, which represents the 30 leading PV companies in the world. In August Jetion Solar (Europe) Ltd. was founded in the Principiality of Liechtenstein, responsible for the group´s sales and marketing efforts in Europe.

In September the company’s products obtained the European TUV accreditation for the global sale of its solar module products. The capability of cell production reached 50MW.

2006



The company was incorporated into the BVI under the original name of Hulon Holdings Limited in July. Jetion Hongkong was established in August. Subsequently, it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company as part of the reorganisation.

A solar module production line with a capacity of 25MW was installed into operation in July.

2005



Completion of the production site in September. In December the group’s first cell production line with a capacity of 25MW was installed and successfully tested.

2004



Jetion China was founded in December in Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province (P.R.China) to manufacture and sell solar cells and modules.
