A strong research and development team supports our excellent engineers and scientists and ensures the alignment of Jetion Solar on the most advanced technology.    
Jetion Solar is certified by ISO9001. The manufacturing processes start from the wafer cutting to the manufacture of solar cells and the production of PV-modules. Advanced diffusion techniques guarantee the homogeneity and minimize losses within the cells. With the help of modern PECVD technology the surface is covered with a dark blue SiN anti-reflective coating. The focus of our research & development team, who represents one third of our employees, is aligned on modern and future-oriented technologies. With intensiv efforts and improvements we have developed an addional electric field on the back side of the solar cell. This technologie we have patented. Patents By own patents, Innovation and continuous technological development, Jetion Solar can reduce the cost of the production and improvement of the quality at the same time. Analysing and testing new and improved materials and processes are an important focus of our Research & Development department. As a result surface damages are avoided and the rate of surface recombination reduced, increasing the efficiency of Jetion solar cells.
